That's why we built our own claims solution, underpinned by a robust, rule-based IT platform that helps reduce fraud, streamlines logistics, and lowers operational costs.
Our claims infrastructure is scalable, flexible, and fully configurable, supporting not only our own schemes but those of our gadget insurance partners too.

End-to-End Repair & Replacement Network
We operate our own accredited repair and replacement network, designed to ensure fast turnaround times and high-quality workmanship. Depending on the customer's needs, we offer flexible service options—including walk-in repair solutions (such as Apple Genius Bars), doorstep collection, swap-out services, or traditional repair by post. All replacement devices are rigorously graded and come with a comprehensive warranty for peace of mind.
MI and Reporting
At Taurus, we provide comprehensive management information (MI) and reporting to give partners full visibility of scheme performance and customer outcomes.
