At Taurus, we offer both standalone and fully integrated claims management services designed to deliver efficiency, transparency, and exceptional customer experiences.

From early on, we recognised that managing the claims journey - and owning our repair and replacement network - was critical to delivering quality insurance products at competitive prices. That's why we built our own claims solution, underpinned by a robust, rule-based IT platform that helps reduce fraud, streamlines logistics, and lowers operational costs.

Our claims infrastructure is scalable, flexible, and fully configurable, supporting not only our own schemes but those of our gadget insurance partners too.

End-to-End Repair & Replacement Network

We operate our own accredited repair and replacement network, designed to ensure fast turnaround times and high-quality workmanship. Depending on the customer's needs, we offer flexible service options—including walk-in repair solutions (such as Apple Genius Bars), doorstep collection, swap-out services, or traditional repair by post. All replacement devices are rigorously graded and come with a comprehensive warranty for peace of mind.

Device Procurement

Smartphone Group is our in-house procurement and distribution business, created to deliver a more consistent, high-quality experience for our customers and partners.

By managing the full device lifecycle ourselves, we maintain complete control over the value chain—from sourcing and quality assurance to secure data handling and delivery. This allows us to uphold rigorous quality standards, enhance underwriting performance, and provide a seamless service that reflects the high expectations of our brand and yours.

We carry out certified data wiping, secure device destruction, and issue compliance documentation to ensure every device meets strict regulatory and privacy requirements.

Currently processing around 3,000 devices each month, we also support procurement for several leading insurance providers and distributors, offering them the same level of service, reliability, and control we apply to our own operations.

MI and Reporting
